By booking service with Neat Geeks LLC / Elbow Grease Home Cleaning, you agree to be reachable by phone and/or text on the day of your scheduled cleaning and to confirm access details if requested.

If, on the day of service, you are unavailable for contact, do not confirm your appointment, or fail to provide access (including not answering calls/texts or not responding within a reasonable time), your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation / no-show. In that case, you authorize us to charge:

  A cancellation fee of no less than $500 (minimum $500), to cover reserved labor time, travel, and lost booking opportunities.
